I had been advised SOME MONTHS earlier how long it would take, by which time I had forgotten, so it came as a shock to be told it could take 4 hours. However, the nurse was very understanding about my lack of patience and abruptness and calmed me down (I had a car on a meter) she allowed me enough time to go and sort this out and dealt with my treatment on my return.

It was fine, but there were too many greeters, and it seemed unnecessary to have to give my name and date of birth to three sets of people before meeting the doctor

Everything was quick and efficient, the procedure I undertook was explained in detail and generally had a lot of confidence in the process.

There is no way of showing the passwords so I can't work out what I'm typing to ensure they match. THEN LOGIN Then another 2-step verification It's too much. I really do not want to have to download yet another app just to have a follow up appointment.
