The MyChart login process with activation code seems unnecessarily long and complicated. Click link. Oh wait the link has expired, call the clinic. Sign up for MyChart. Download App. MyChart Activation code. Oh wait, the code has expired, call the clinic. generate new code. Call the MyChart helpline. 2-step verification. Choose a username. There is no way of showing the passwords so I can't work out what I'm typing to ensure they match. THEN LOGIN Then another 2-step verification It's too much. I really do not want to have to download yet another app just to have a follow up appointment.

Suggested improvements
Skip MyChart, how about just a normal phone call.
