It was fine, but there were too many greeters, and it seemed unnecessary to have to give my name and date of birth to three sets of people before meeting the doctor
Suggested improvements
The changing facilities. I was shown into a room that already contained another patient's belongings. Mine were then shoved into a bag that I happened to have with me and taken in to where my scan took place. Afterwards, I was shown into a toilet to change back. I didn't particularly mind, but I expected better facilities in somewhere like the Cleveland.
