I had been advised SOME MONTHS earlier how long it would take, by which time I had forgotten, so it came as a shock to be told it could take 4 hours. However, the nurse was very understanding about my lack of patience and abruptness and calmed me down (I had a car on a meter) she allowed me enough time to go and sort this out and dealt with my treatment on my return.
Suggested improvements
Stop calling it "Nuclear" medicine dept. This term is very scary.
Stop using techcnical terminology that you ASSUME the person in the street would know or understand, especially abreveations. USE PLAIN ENGLISH.
