Suggested improvements
I was booked in for a blood test, the bloods are ordered for the day not at a particular time, one of the beauties of your service. On arrival an immediuate appointment is made and, usually, there is no real wait time. The "gate staff" have no concept of this service model, this puts them in a difficult position as I have to persuade them to let me in, then the reception desk has more of an idea, I was in and out in about six minutes.


The phlebotomist (Simone?) was extremely professional and caring
