Terrible reception staff. Dreadful incompetent dispensing staff. Prescriptions never ready. Prescriptions often wrong or incomplete. Manager is offensive and patronising blames everything else for their incompetent running of a once excellent practice.


Get pleasant receptionists, who are actually capable of taking simple messages, fix the terrible dispensing.. sack the manager and remove the managers related 'nurse'.

The dispensary are not up to the job. 3 times the prescription has not been fulfilled even though a longer than requested time had elapsed. Today asked to wait for 20 minutes whilst the prescription was fulfilled or come back. A round trip of about 10 miles. NOT acceptable. Whilst I understand that the practice relies on the pharmacy for its continued existence the staff are killing off the practice. I think I'll get my prescriptions elsewhere and maybe delivered free.
