The doctors and nurses have always treated me well, however, this surgery is let down by the reception team. Who, on multiple occasions, missed crucial details on medical forms leading to them not being completed or being invalid. They also seem to be unable to book future repeat appointments when they are booked over a month in advance. Finally when confronted with a complaint nothing seems to have been done about it leaving me feeling extremely frustrated.
Suggested improvements
Staff members need to focus on the small details like noticing I’d a name or a stamp is in a medical form. Repeat appointments need to be easier to make.
