This practice is outstanding. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The doctors are fantastic and really deliver exceptional patient focused care. The systems that help you see or talk to the right person are also very good. Even on very busy days the system to sort you out works. They should all be very proud of the service they off the patients.

When at work it is difficult as a teacher to be available when doctor calls you back. We can't have our personal phones in class and hard to get cover to be released to take the call without a set time for when phone call. Would be better to be given set time to call back or when doc will call you.

I have been a patient at this surgery for the past 15 years and althought things have changed, due I believe to government policies, I feel that I am very fortunate in the treatment I receive. I have never waited unduly for an appointment in fact compared to other family members living outside the area my appointments have been unbelievably swift. The whole team from receptionists to practice nurses to the doctors have the rare ability to balance professionalism ,respect and cheerfulness, not an easy remit. I am always treated with respect (sometimes sadly missing as one ages) have always been given sound medical advice and when necessary refered for further specialist treatment I think Temple Sowerby Medical Centre can and should be held as an example for other practices to emulate

Over the last year We have had a lot of contact with the Dr Jervis & Dr Thompson. Both have been amazing, very understanding, and always willing to go that bit further to help us through a challenging time. We are eternally grateful for everything you have done

All the staff are friendly and efficient, often doing a lot more than basic treatment. The premises are always bright and clean, the music in the waiting area not often to my taste, but is a mere detail.
