Disgusting treatment by the higher up doctors namely Lewis Hinton and Riley. Need to be struck off and let the younger generation do the job as I believe they have lost their marbles. They've taken away my dignity my independence and risked my life on the basis of funding on more than one occasion. They continue to leave me rotting away. I would stay clear from this surgery and as soon as I am able to I will be gone like lightning. Horrible surgery and the receptionist are way too nosey and want to know everything which does not concern them. Letters ignored repeatedly and refused medication which can help with illness and of course for every refferal not made the GP makes a profit so in the interim are left to suffer for an extra £60 in their back pocket. Couple of great doctors in surgery Dr rasheed, Dr Ghia, Dr Nunes. Stay clear from the rest of your thinking of registering.

although i dont have any bad to say about the doctors there, there is one problem i have had for over a year and still not resolved. it's re:visionline booking appointment on line. i used to book on line all the time and had no problems. but aver a year ago the system locked me out of the appointments. i asked the reception but they didn't help me. i rang the numer for visionline and they informed me it was because i had one or two D.N.A (did not attend) this was not the case with me, i always phone up if i cant attend. they said they would look in to it but so far not heard a word from them. maybe someone can advise me, or one of the doctors can suggest what i should do. mike b

i used to book on line. but about a year ago i was unable to do this. it was not allowing me to access the appointments. i did enquire at reception and they wasn't sure why. i phoned up the number on visionline and they said they would look into it. but have not heard a word from them since. iwas told that if you have D.N.A. (did not attend) it blocks you out. but i didn't!!! maybe someone can advise me what to do. if the practise or a doctor looks at my post they can advise me what to do. regards mike b 9
