i used to book on line. but about a year ago i was unable to do this. it was not allowing me to access the appointments. i did enquire at reception and they wasn't sure why. i phoned up the number on visionline and they said they would look into it.
but have not heard a word from them since. iwas told that if you have D.N.A.
(did not attend) it blocks you out. but i didn't!!! maybe someone can advise me what to do. if the practise or a doctor looks at my post they can advise me what to do.
