although i dont have any bad to say about the doctors there, there is one problem i have had for over a year and still not resolved. it's re:visionline booking appointment on line. i used to book on line all the time and had no problems. but aver a year ago the system locked me out of the appointments. i asked the reception but they didn't help me. i rang the numer for visionline and they informed me it was because i had one or two D.N.A (did not attend) this was not the case with me, i always phone up if i cant attend. they said they would look in to it but so far not heard a word from them. maybe someone can advise me, or one of the doctors can suggest what i should do. mike b
