I have now had the good fortune to meet with Sarah Hart on 2 occasions. She is an asset to the NHS. Straightforward, plain speaking, clear and concise in her delivery and able to instil confidence in the patient whilst being absolutely clear around the ongoing care plan. Our most recent meeting in July was both helpful and constructive. She is a pleasure to deal with in what are generally sensitive matters. There is no sense of being rushed or just a 'number' which is very reassuring. In addition, having previously had surgery by a colleague of hers, it is helpful to have the continuity in follow up. A letter to my GP was copied to me within 5 working days of our most recent consultation confirming all that was said. In summary, I am very pleased to be her patient. Thank you.

Ms Hart listens intently to both myself as the patient and my very inquisitive husband (!). She has a wonderful manner and is always clear.

Sarah , I yet again missed a telephone appointment today june 21st , the last time I thought it was my fault . It was not . This time I had the phone in my hand and no ringtone or vibrate activated from the call , by the time i reacted I had missed the call . Something is not right. Many Thanks Clive, Clive Moorby
