I have now had the good fortune to meet with Sarah Hart on 2 occasions. She is an asset to the NHS. Straightforward, plain speaking, clear and concise in her delivery and able to instil confidence in the patient whilst being absolutely clear around the ongoing care plan.
Our most recent meeting in July was both helpful and constructive. She is a pleasure to deal with in what are generally sensitive matters. There is no sense of being rushed or just a 'number' which is very reassuring. In addition, having previously had surgery by a colleague of hers, it is helpful to have the continuity in follow up.
A letter to my GP was copied to me within 5 working days of our most recent consultation confirming all that was said. In summary, I am very pleased to be her patient. Thank you.
