I was admitted electively to have a bladder neck incision for a scarred bladder neck following radiotherapy to my prostate. At a preliminary consultation Dr Al-Singary had explained in perfect English the procedure and was very re-assuring about the operation. On the day, he visited me in my hospital room. He was impeccably dressed and relaxed. We had a good chat and he asked If I had any further questions. The combination of the manner of Doctor Al-Singary and the efficiency of the nursing team lead to a a very re-assuring experience.

Mr Waleed Al-Singari is not only a highly skilled Consultant/Surgeon but has so many other attributes which make him stand out from anyone I have ever seen before. I was extremely anxious before and after my TURis procedure, he spent precious time reassuring and explaining everything, he is such a kind personable man who genuinely cares about his patients, and I am a very lucky man to be under his care. Thank you so much, I am so grateful for your skill, reassurance and words of wisdom.

I saw Mr Waleed Al Singary last week for a flexible cystoscopy and he and his excellent team made the whole procedure very comfortable. He answered all my questions with great thoroughness and listened very closely to what I said. Although I was rather dreading the cystoscopy it went very smoothly and was not nearly as bad an experience as I had anticipated. I am very grateful to him and his staff for such excellent treatment. I can think of no way in which the consultation could be improved.
