I was admitted electively to have a bladder neck incision for a scarred bladder neck following radiotherapy to my prostate.
At a preliminary consultation Dr Al-Singary had explained in perfect English the procedure and was very re-assuring about the operation.
On the day, he visited me in my hospital room. He was impeccably dressed and relaxed.
We had a good chat and he asked If I had any further questions.
The combination of the manner of Doctor Al-Singary and the efficiency of the nursing team lead to a a very re-assuring experience.
