This is Rachel Holding, last visited you on 13th November 2025 at Goring Hall. Have taken Hiprex as instructed since then, but unfortunately now suffering from soreness and itching around vaginal opening; also stinging and discomfort when passing urine. For the past 4 weeks I have had a fungal rash on my body, neck and very intense at vagina opening. It's sending me silly! GP has prescribed Lotriderm, Vagifem pessaries, Clotrimazole cream, Canesten cream, Fexofenadine tablets and a Fluconazole tablet, but nothing has worked .I've also tried Vagisil cream and Calamine Lotion but no better. You are my only hope! You said you'd arranged to see me in 6 months, but it's now nearly 8 months! I need to see you urgently, please, so could I have an appointment?

On all of my wife's appointments with Mr Al-Singary we found him to be courteous, patient and understanding - He has always be prepared to listen to our concerns regarding my wife's condition and she has confidence in his diagnosis

Many years ago I worked as. Staff Nurse at Worthing Hospital helping with Urology Clinics for Mr Al-Singary..I noted then that he was a wonderful kind inspired doctor whose kindness to patients in all stages of illness was remarkable..Now retired and having problems with urinary infections that are very painful and adding to my decayed hip and shoulder I was lucky to get an appointment last week with this doctor..I myself was the recipient of his kindness and expertise and to be prescribed a drug for three months that will help.Within a short time I had ultrasounds of kidneys bladder etc and explanations of everything.I would reccomend this doctor for his lifetime of experience of urology problems he is without doubt the best in his field and if I am lucky enough to not suffer urinary infections again I will be most grateful.

I saw Dr Al-Singary as a NHS consultant, and was thrilled to meet someone who listened, understood and sympathised with my bladder conditions. He offered to refer me to NHS Urology department, explaining the waiting lists in our area (3-5 years). As a 68 year old with RA, and a radical reduction in my independence and lifestyle already due to my ‘sensitive bladder’, that had ruled my life for longer than I could, or would admit to anybody, I felt I couldn’t wait. I had consulted a doctor that understood, and couldn’t see him again. I asked about alternatives and he gave me his number, a costing and no pressure, just an assurance that he could help me. Within three weeks I was in Goring Hall Hospital, I had Bulkamid procedure, with Dr Al-Singary, and a staff of knowledgable, efficient kind and compassionate professionals, who at no time, made me feel anything other than relaxed, and safe. I cannot speak highly enough of the treatment I received and kindness I was shown. I was consulted at every point of the procedure. The effect of the procedure has, honestly, changed my life. From the moment I came out of the theatre, I had total control of my bladder, I had years of exercising that made no difference, now I realised what I was supposed to be feeling. It’s difficult to know where to start as I had not realised just how my world had shrunk courtesy of my bladder, and I am still finding it so very exciting doing normal things, from my Pilates classes, without padding, lunching with friends, collecting my granddaughter from school, and spending time with her at the stables, that’s over three hours away from a loo. I can just pick up my dogs leads, open the door and go out, (no ceremony of going to the bathroom, changing pads, winding the dogs up in the process. 15 minute walk, on a good day, then home to do the same in reverse) my home is quieter and calmer, and I hadn’t noticed it had got so manic, until it started to calm down. The other important thing to note is I no longer suffer from awful headaches, due to dehydration so take no painkillers, and although I still have no caffeine, I am not afraid to drink if I am thirsty. Dr Al-Singary, his team and this procedure have transformed my life and I will be eternally grateful, and a firm advocate of DON’T PUT UP WITH IT.

I saw Mr Al-Singary beginning of 2025 regarding peyronie's disease, he gave me advice regarding treatments, vitamins to take to reduce scarring and time lines. was told we had to wait at least 6 months to make sure it wouldn't get worse and booked in operation for November Operation on the 21st of November, all went well and problem fixed, care before after and post op were excellent. i would highly recommend

I have been a patient of Mr Al Singary since 2022. I cannot recommend him enough for his kindness and care whilst sorting out my problem. I am a NHS patient who has undergone botox treatment for urge incontinence at Goring Hall Hospital. Unfortunately the NHS patients are now being discharged from Goring Hall Hospital which means I had my last appointment with Mr Al Singary on the 27th November 2025. He has referred me to Worthing Hospital.
