Excellent service! Had both hips replaced 3 months ago- and have walked without sticks or crutches since november! I decided to ask to have surgery on both hips at the same time as I have only recently had some complex surgery on my spine. It was very painful for 2/3 weeks but I did exercises and started moving about/walking as soon as the swelling started going down. I actually feel having both done at the same time made me able to concentrate on standing/walking upright without putting extra pressure on my spine and I now have no pain in my hips at all and have excellent mobility. My only discomfort is lack of strong muscles in my hips/lower spine but exercises are helping!! I would definitely recommend this surgery carried out by Mr Symes
