Dr. Siva was very informative, thorough and polite. He listened to everything that I had to say and provided a detailed summary of the pros and cons of the operation I was offered. This made me feel at ease and made the decision easy to make. As I also suffer from anxiety this was even more helpful as I now feel less worried about how the procedure will take place. He was fully understanding of my special circumstances and gave advice on how that could be handled to make the operation and recovery as smooth as possible. Based on my experience there isn't any negative criticism I could provide as all my needs and expectations were exceeded.

I was very nervous going into my appointment but was put at ease straight away by Mr Siva. He had a very friendly, calm and open manner. He was very engaging and made sure he was speaking at the level at which I best understood. Mr Siva made sure I understood what was happening, both pros and cons and was very good at explaining these. He also used a variety of tools to make sure I understood and retained what he told me, including readily supplying me with information to take away for the consultation. He was also very empathetic towards me, taking my opinions and lifestyle into account, as well as answering any questions I had. This made me feel like the consultation was tailored around me.

I was happy with my experiences with this doctor. He has a freindly manner that puts one at ease. He listened to my questions, and to what I had to say, and explained about my complaint clearly. All possible investigations were carried out, and reasons for those explained. Following my first consultation my second appointment was with a different doctor who I felt did not listen to me, and was rather patronising, so I requested not to see him again, and asked to see Mr. Siva for subsequent visits. I therefore saw Mr. Siva on following appointments. I have now been discharged, but if I need an appointment with this department in the future will request that I see Mr. Siva.

Dr Siva was polite, friendly. He had to put a camera up my husband's nose which he found quite distressing due to huisfragile condition (he has other health issues). The doctor was very patient and explained what he was doing and why. Hopefully we will see him agin on our next visit. Very pleasant gentleman.
