Dr. Siva was very informative, thorough and polite. He listened to everything that I had to say and provided a detailed summary of the pros and cons of the operation I was offered.
This made me feel at ease and made the decision easy to make. As I also suffer from anxiety this was even more helpful as I now feel less worried about how the procedure will take place.
He was fully understanding of my special circumstances and gave advice on how that could be handled to make the operation and recovery as smooth as possible.
Based on my experience there isn't any negative criticism I could provide as all my needs and expectations were exceeded.
