This was a really good experience right from the start. Mr Siva was welcoming, knowledgeabe and understanding. He made me comfortable and explained my diagnosis, options and I felt I had control of what happened to me. He actually listened to my descripion of my symptoms and explained his reasoning. He booked a further appoint which suited me at a place of my choice. It was a refreshing experience to be treated like a valued patient and not a statistic.

Came out of a thorough examination and treatment for repeat ear infections and resulting loss of hearing - brilliant I can hear so much better and prognosis is good. Thanks and also thanks to the nurse assistant
