I have now met with Mr Shaikh three times; for a consultation pre and post surgery as well as during the operation itself. The first thing that struck me about Mr Shaikh was his calm and assuring manner and how he made me feel an involved participant in the conversation. He was refreshingly empathetic to my particular situation and concerns, and he dealt with things in a highly professional manner. At no point in either conversation did I feel "short changed" or rushed, every point was covered, and every question answered. The operation itself was neat and without complication, he is clearly as "good with a knife" in Theatre as he is with pen and paper in the Consultation Room. Mr Shaikh has my utmost gratitude and respect and I would not hesitate in recommending him

Mr Shaikh is an excellent chap. He explains things very clearly and you do not get the impression he is trying to hurry you out of the door. As a result, you may have to wait past your appointment time, but it will be worth it. Very, very nice man
