Mr Moropudi has performed total replacements on both of my knees. The first in 2019 and the second in 2020. On both occasions I felt totally confident, greatly reassured by his first class explanations of the procedure and anticipated results. Both operations went perfectly and I was able to walk the same day with no discomfort. I returned home after two days. I would not have the slightest hesitation in recommending Mr. Moropudi to anyone with osteoarthritis of the knee. The difference post operation is quite incredible. I am 83 years old and only a little above average weight. I had always been reasonably active hill walking etc. but for the two years prior to surgery this had been very restricted. I am now building up fitness to walk the higher hills again (Covid permitting)

Mr. Marapudi is an exceptional consultant. He performed a hip replacement for me on February 5th 2020 at Macclesfield Hospital as a NHS patient. The operation and outcome have been superb. It is just over 3 months since the operation and I am currently walking approx. 7k in just over an hour in the local park. I am walking without a limp and without any pain, this was unimaginable prior to the operation. I will be 70 years old next week and this has given me so much renewed pleasure in physical activity. Mr. Marapudi anticipates that I will be able to run again in a year when the healing is fully competed. I am looking forward to this and returning to the gym when a new normality resumes. This is very important to me as I am physically fit and active and this restores my quality of life. I had great confidence in Mr. Marapudi from the 1st consultation to my arrival in hospital on the day of the operation. He and his team were courteous, informative and reassuring. This was my first experience of hospital and I was very nervous, but I felt fully confident in Mr. Marapudi's care. He even took the time to phone my husband after the operation to inform him that the operation had gone well. I would like to wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Marapudi and extend my thanks to him and his team.

My surgeon had a lovely manner and I wouldn't have changed anything about him, He phoned my daughter immediately after my operation to let her know I was OK. He also came straight to see me and tell me that it had gone well. He followed up the next day with a kind and smiling manner. At the 7 week appointment I was told I could drive and swim again, which pleased me enormously and he offered me the reassurance that everything remained fine. At the 4 month appointment, the surgeon made every effort to see me, even though I had been seen by the registrar. I felt that I had been given excellent service and his bedside manner remained excellent. Following this experience, I feel like a new woman. With my new hip I am able to walk with no limp and free of pain and have a renewed confidence in my life.

Mr Morapudi presents as a totally professional and caring surgeon. I honestly can’t think of any way to improve my care. The rest of the team involved in my care were also excellent. I’d have no hesitation in recommending Mr Morapudi and team to anyone needing surgery.

Dr. Morapudi is a first class orthopaedic surgeon. He carried out a full replacement hip operation. I am a very athletic 72 tear old so I was dreading not being as mobile as before. After the operation I had no worries and was walking with one crutch within two weeks. One week later I was using a stick and at four weeks I was walking unaided. My operation was carried out on 10th. August 2019. I have booked to go skiing next year with my surgeons permission. My thanks are to Mr. Syam Prasad Moropudi.
