I found Mr Saif Hadi to be a very caring patient doctor with an impeccable bedside manner as well as good manners. No appointments were ever rushed, always well informed of what was happening and gave every opportunity to ask questions. Very reassuring when it came to surgery and always popped to see you before the surgery. Lovely person furthermore extremely brilliant at his profession.

From start to finish I received the utmost care and consideration from Mr Hadi . He took time to listen to my history and then go through the procedure with myself . The course of treatment provided was very effective as was the aftercare . I do not feel he could have done anymore .

Before my appointment with Mr Hadi I struggled with every day life i.e. dressing and driving. During my appointment he made me feel relaxed and gave me confidence that he could help. He took time to explained verbally and drew a diagram for clarity. The next time I met Mr Hadi was when he performed my procedure, I was greeted by a warm friendly smile and reassurance. My life has returned to normal since Mr Hadi did his magic. I found him extremely personable and professional with a very comfortable manner. I would find it difficult to give a constructive suggestion on how his service could be improved and strongly recommend him to anyone who needed is specialism.

From the moment I met Mr Hadi to being discharged, I was extremely impressed with how knowledgeable, positive and professional he was. He gave me confidence from the outset that I was getting the best treatment. The operation went perfectly, with Mr Hadi keeping me informed of what was going on. The results so far from the operation are fantastic and could not be happier. Thank you for sorting out my arm so quickly.. previous doctor's in comparison, were so poor at diagnosing the issue and the right treatment. One very happy patient.

What a lovely man. Explained everything fully and gave me options regarding treatment including surgical repair which I opted for. I was treated with kindness and respect. The surgery was carried out efficiently and after care was superb. Would definitely recommend Mr Hadi.
