Mr Lee is an outstanding surgeon and all round amazing human. He has compassion and you fully trust him to look after you as he strives to give you the best outcome possible. I could not stand for more than a minute without excruciating sciatica pain and the difference he has made to my life with his treatments are just unexplainable. I feel indebted to this wonderful man for being so passionate about his work and giving first class treatment to his patients. Thank you so much for everything you have done for me Mr Lee. Forever grateful.
Mr Lee is the perfect example of how a doctor should be. Professional, efficient and very Knowledgeable. He treats patients with compassion and empathy and gives the time required for you to fully understand the decisions that you are undertaking. He is able to explain any complicated issues in a light-hearted and down-to-earth manner which makes you feel at ease.
I am very pleased with the service that he provides.
I have had another email asking for my review of Mr. Lee, the consultant who carried out a back spinal operation on my a few years ago.
Mr Lee is one of the finest consultants I have ever had the fortune to have cared for me over a long period of time. I had a near fatal car accident in 73 and have over the years had several stays in hospital correcting some of the damage caused because of this accident.
Over the years I have worked both in the NHS and as a volunteer since 1964 firstly working at Wexham Park Hospital. I have had the good fortune to know such greats in the NHS as Dr. Barbara Ansel, Mr. David Evens and several more like them. I now count Mr. Lee up with the very best of consultants in our country and probably in the world. I speak very highly of him to my friends and will continue to laud his abilities and care for his patients.
I would dearly love to be a governor at the RNOH as I do believe it is the best hospital I have ever been in. I spent a long time in East Grinsted and several others whilst being stabilized prior to being shipped to East Grinsted for facial and shoulder operations. I feel qualified in making this assessment due to the amount of ops and hospitals I have been in.
Best Wishes.
Ronald Clayton.
I would put it to you in these words and a vid that I am sending to you via this reply.

Some or many years ago and right up to the last eighties, I did a lot of work both a employee and voluntary work in the NHS. Over those years I got to know a lot of well respected names of the past today. I new the likes of Dr Ansel, David Evens, Rowntree and a lot of others. I can honestly say in my view, Mr. Lee is one of the finest, kindest, professionals and able Doctors I have ever met and way up there with the finest I have ever encounter along with his staff I have seeing since my first consultation with him several years ago. My stay in the RNOH was a smooth say and the staff on that ward along with my nurse were just outstanding, far above any that I have had in the past and than includes East Grinsted where I spent a long time after a serious car crash back in 73. I wish I did not live so far away as I would love to be one of the Governors that and add what little contribution I could.
I have only positive and fine words to say about my total experiance during my time there and recovery that I have today.
I am very grateful to the hospital and Mr lLee for this.

Mr Lee and his team are true professionals they have always listened to me and treated me respectfully. I consider my operation in June 2019 as a resounding success and my post op visits have been very reassuring. I have a new lease on life and that is all due to their wonderful care .
