MrJain gave me confidence from the very first time I met him, would recommend him and his team, thank you
Mr Jain and his team visited me daily and closely monitored my progress. Both Mr Jain and his team had an excellent bedside manner. They were professional and not condescending, providing clear information and actively listening to both my questions and answers. As this was my first time in hospital it gave me confidence and quickly developed trust. Mr Jain showed an interest in a card drawn by my great nephew. This showed a personal touch which is so important when you are one patient in a busy ward.
It was explained very clearly to me with a drawing what procedures had been done and why. This included the reasons for the drains and what results they were expecting. At all times I felt that Mr Jain was involved in my care with his team referring to him on each stage of my care including my follow-up appointment to have the drains removed.
As my first time in hospital, I can say that I felt I received the best care from Mr Jain and his colleagues.
My first visit to see Mr Jain. He was very clear in explaining the procedures, appreciated that I had researched a little into what I might expect and gave plenty of opportunity to ask questions.
I found Mr Jain to be extremely kind and caring. Mr Jain listens to you and explains everything clearly and honestly.
I would say to future patients, not to worry as you are in a safe pair of hands.
My emergency admission was hampered by further medical problems and I would like to thank Mr Jain for his brilliant efficiency and for saving my life.
Mr Jain..you are my hero!
He was very polite and professional , explained the procedure and the care , made me feel confident about having the operation .
