He was very straightforward, open and honest with me. He did not lecture me or make me feel bad about myself - he listened to my concerns and ideas and gave honest answers. I was a little apprehensive about seeing him, but he immediately put me at ease with his calm voice and demeanour. He told me that information I’d received from my GP was incorrect and will be writing to them to put the matter right so that my treatment can go ahead. I would highly recommend MrJain.

I was extremely impressed with and also reassured by Mr Jain. I found him to be patient, clear, thoughtful and with a very good manner. I liked him. He listens to the patient and this is reflected in his responses and questions. As the diagnosis had occurred elsewhere I felt he gave it (and the history concerning how it was diagnosed) full attention. He then explained and summarised the current situation very well both medically (the condition and potential treatment) and in terms of next steps (further assessment and a colonoscopy needed before an operation). In summary: Mr Jain combines professionalism with a personable approach.

I was very impressed with this doctor. He explained everything thoroughly and after each explanation, asked me if I had understood everything. He answered any questions I had and I left the Clinic knowing exactly what operation I would be having and why. The doctor was also extremely pleasant and chatted to me to allay any worries. I can not recommend this doctor enough and am quite happy for him to perform my surgical procedure.

Mr Jain was excellent. He listened to me and explained everything about my both surgeries. He even did some diagrams and explained why it was better to have to separate operations rather than the one and the why he prioritised the first one. Completely thorough and have complete trust in him. Went through all the paperwork and did all the consent forms for both. So glad I am under his care. Thank you so much.
