Dr Ramamoorthy gave clear and concise explanations regarding my father in laws results and the next steps needed for further tests for his illness. He answered my questions and I felt reassured with the pathway ahead for us. I have a clear understand of the health plan in place for my father in law.

The doctor introduced himself and explained the reason for the call. He listened to the problems I had and gave possible options for further care. He inquired if I had any further questions, and explained what to expect in terms of further testing.
I think it would be helpful if the consultation was through video call so that the doctor can see the patient.
