I was admitted into hospital last year and straight into Oliver Warrens care, I can only praise this man to the highest level. He was on duty for the whole week and had a team of students with him at all times. He has thought and care for both students and patients alike. I had the pleasure of meeting him again in clinic for my follow up appointment , he went on to help me through more uncomfortable procedures . I wish Mr. Oliver Warren all the best in his Consultancy and all who have the pleasure to work under him . June Murphy

During my training at Northwick Park Hospital, I had the opportunity to spend a week on-call with Mr Warren which turned out to be the most informative and useful week of my placement. Despite being constantly pressed for time during the week, Mr Warren took the time to teach me and my colleagues and involve us as part of the team which made the on-call week an incredible experience. Aside from being an exceptional teacher, Mr Warren's manner and attitude towards patients during consultations was outstanding and is something which should be inspired to. I wish Mr Warren all the best in his career and I hope I have the chance to work with him again in the future.

As part of my training, I had the privilege of spending a week on on-call with Mr. Warren. He far surpassed my expectations as a teacher - involving me and my colleagues in almost every consultation while we were on take, despite the fact that he was consistently pressed for time due to the sheer volume of patients to be seen. In addition to this, the quality of his teaching was superior to that of most others I have been taught by - every question we had was answered in a way that ensured our understanding and furthered our learning. Aside from his teaching ability, Mr. Warren's manner and style of interaction with patients, I feel, should be a model for other physicians and surgeons. He was excellent at putting patients at ease, engaging them on a human level and ensuring that they both felt, and were well looked after. I wish Mr. Warren the best in his career and hope that I have other opportunities to work and learn from him.

I had the pleasure of being on call (General Surgery - Northwick Park Hospital) for a week with Mr Oliver Warren and I can say without doubt that it was the most enjoyable working week I have had. It was really knowledgeable, productive and I got the opportunity to learn a lot. He is a clinician of the highest standard, extremely professional and a very caring doctor. He is a great teacher guiding and advising the juniors whilst encouraging them to gain clinical acumen. I really enjoyed having interesting and highly informative clinical discussions with him. One particular quality that I admire about Mr Warren is that he is an outstanding team leader, working coherently within the team, fostering self motivation and inspiring each individual to perform to the best of their ability. He knows how to share leadership with delegation, is fair, respectful of his team members and has exceptional organization skills. I wish Mr Warren all the best for his future.
