I felt so lucky to have such great doctor! He was amazing during the procedure and explained everything to me in detail which was amazing and actually the first time any doctor has done that. Mr El-Sayed put me at ease by explaining the procedure and what would happen, and then continued to explain throughout the procedure itself. He gave thorough explanations which I could easily understand, provided helpful leaflets, and gave very helpful information on the next steps. I would definitely recommend this doctor.

Mr El-Sayed was very professional and friendly when I met him recently. He checked over my test results and explained the procedure I was due to have in clear English for me. During the procedure he described what he was seeing and even showed me on the screen. He was reassuring and caring throughout and told me the next steps afterwards.
