Mr El-Sayed put me at ease by explaining the procedure and what would happen, and then continued to explain throughout the procedure itself. He gave thorough explanations which I could easily understand, provided helpful leaflets, and gave very helpful information on the next steps. I would definitely recommend this doctor.
