Dr El-Sayed and the nurse Rebekah were wonderful. I had to have a HyCoSy test, and after reading scary stories online I was dreading the procedure, but everything was absolutely painless, seriously, I previously had smear tests which were more uncomfortable than this. The doctor is very professional and trustworthy, every step was explained to me in a clear manner, and Rebekah the nurse was angelic, very compassionate and kind. They both made me as comfortable as possible.

Mr El-Sayed was very reassuring during a HyCoSy examination. He was very thorough in explaining how the exam would work and exactly what he was looking for. Afterwards, he gave me a thorough breakdown of everything that was seen and was happy to answer any questions that I had. Overall, I felt calm and in possession of the knowledge I needed to understand my next steps
