so far so good. was directed to the waiting room, friendly and attentive staff, still waiting to be called in for my appointment

No one on Reception on arrival.. Had to go and find someone as the touchpad wouldn’t log me in.. Man who scanned my eyes was very friendly, welcoming and professional. I’d expected to then see the eye doctor and had to ask if I should return to the waiting room. Was told, No, that was it, scan would be sent to the GP. I was really confused by this! In other words, I went home with no info about my eye condition, no info about whether I needed to return for a follow-up etc, no advice about if/how to manage it etc. Poor communication. I wasn’t very happy but that’s no reflection on the person who did the eye scan.

Organised. Easy to book in. Told were to wait. Clean Tidy Areas. Staff helpful and friendly.

Every member of Staff were friendly, polite and explained every aspect of the eye problem and what was needed to rectify it. Exceptional
