Our appointment with Mr.El-Shayed was brilliant but when he sent me for my Pre-operative assessment the nurses said it was not possible for another 3xweeks due to them being short staffed which was disappointing as our Consultant wanted this rushed. By all in all pleased with the nurse we saw at fertility clinic & Mr.El-Sayed was brilliant.

I went to the Emergency Eye Clinic and the staff was extremely helpful and caring. I was in and out within half hour with a diagnosis and a follow up appointment for minor surgery. Absolutely brilliant; well done all!
