Mr Baghai recently performed a minimally invasive mitral valve repair on my heart. The treatment I received was exceptional both by him and by all at the Cleveland Clinic. I cannot recommend him highly enough and feel extremely fortunate that I was operated on and treated by him. Not only is my heart in great shape, the scars 11 weeks on are surprisingly neat and small. To say that I am grateful is a huge understatement!

Mr Baghai undertook a triple bypass for me in July 2023. My case was far from straight forward - I wouldn't have made it through a life changing procedure without the skills and support of Mr. Baghai and his team. I'm aware his peers rate him very highly for his skills, experience and intellect as one of the top practitioners in his field (rightly so), but what stood out to me as a patient was his communication, empathy and down to earth demeanour. Every time me or my family spoke to him with about any concerns or anxiety about my condition, the interaction ended with a smile on my face - I felt I was in the best of hands and that confidence has helped my recovery. The team around him are world class (Karen, Jessica - thank you) and the brilliant nursing staff at Cleveland Clinic deserve a whole review by itself. Me and my family are immensely grateful to Mr Baghai for their care.

I have had nothing but a positive experience with Dr Baghai. He is very good at explaining what the issues are and what needs to be done. He takes time to listen and respond to what must be basic questions. He has a very good "bedside" manner and puts you at ease. He also makes the time to come back to you if you have concerns, often after a busy day for him in theatre. I had every confidence in his skills, which are first class.

I had total confidence in Dr Baghai. He communicates well and was patient with both my and my wife's questions.He came round to see me at weekends and other times out of normal office hours which showed great commitment.

Mr Baghai treated me for Aortic Stenosis and Coronary Bypass. From the initial consultation, through the day of procedure and post op, Mr Baghai explained every aspect and option very clearly. His approach filled both myself and my wife with confidence and assurance about the operation. The care and consideration shown by Mr Baghai and his team was exemplary
