I can,t praise mr kaushal high enough.Not only for the high skill in performing the surgery and positive outcome that has resulted,but also the information that was given to me by mr kaushal and members of his team every step of the way in the friendliest and informative way.The after care given was marvellous by all the staff up to my time of discharge and I will never forget the kindness and understanding given to me.Best wishes to all.from David Thompson.

Mr Kaushal took great care to explain the surgical procedure to me whilst my wife was present. Before retirement I was a radiographer and so conversant with the anatomy but Mr Kaushal took the time to draw diagrams so my wife would understand the procedure and outlined the risks involved. He was always treated me with respect and care. The colorectal nurses have been excellent and I have no complaints about my treatment at FGH.

I was seen by Mr Kaushal and his team at FGH following a diagnosis of rectal cancer. Everyone was very reassuring prior to commencement of radio and chemo therapy. Fortunately for me following the treatment the proposed surgery was not required. My condition is being monitored by Mr Kaushal and the FGH team. I have total confidence in him and his team. I am very grateful for the treatment I have received across the trust hospitals.

Dr Kaushal is an excellent surgeon and most definitely saved my life with his skills and experience. He is also an incredibly caring person and understands how it is all frightening and that your trust is totally in someone you don't even know. Nothing but excellent care and professional medical treatment. His specialist nurse, Suzanne Thompson has been amazing throughout every appointment and is so experienced and caring.
