Mr Osman, apart from being an excellent surgeon, has a great talent for making you feel comfortable and part of the discussion. His openness and bedside manner, albeit in his room, is absolutely right to calm any nerves the patient might have. He listens and acts upon what he hears and sees. I cannot see any areas where he can improve his performance and can only thank him for his diligence in my treatment and after care.

Mr Osman is such a kind doctor, he listened to me and explained everything thoroughly. He answered any questions myself or my mum had and I never felt rushed in my appointments. I am so grateful to him and his team for caring for. Thank you so much.

I was very pleased at how clearly things were explained to me and how thoughtful and kind everyone was. My questions were answered and it was good to know that, through the Macmillan Cancer Navigators, I can ask further questions as they occur. Excellent treatment throughout. Mr Osman explained everything to me a step at a time and was very kind . I was listened to and my questions answered in an unhurried way. I was able to have my daughter at my appointments in case I missed important information and all of my appointments were on time.

Mr Osman has treated me so well with courtesy, respect & kindness. Obviously it’s a difficult time for anyone diagnosed with breast cancer. Mr Osman explained the predicted procedure in a straightforward way & gave me confidence for a difficult period in my life. I’ve been so grateful to see him (or Ross when Mr Osman was on leave) for the continuity in care. I have only praise & gratitude for this lovely man. Thank you so very much Mr Osman.
