Mr Osman, apart from being an excellent surgeon, has a great talent for making you feel comfortable and part of the discussion. His openness and bedside manner, albeit in his room, is absolutely right to calm any nerves the patient might have. He listens and acts upon what he hears and sees.
I cannot see any areas where he can improve his performance and can only thank him for his diligence in my treatment and after care.
