Mr Rai looked at options and discussed what would be best for me with my chronic conditions. He explained everything and drew a picture to ensure I understood the problem. I thought that would be that but he arranged a scan to make sure I had no other problems. I received letters with my appointment and then the result of the scan. He arranged another appointment to see how I was getting on and go through the results. I told him I agreed with having no operation and managing my condition myself. Even then he did not just sign me off. He has arranged for physiotherapy for me and will follow up with them that all was ok. I can’t thank him enough for his professional and caring attitude.

Very impressed by the my treatment and consultation during my previous visit. My appointment was on time and everything was described to me in detail and in words that I understood. Also given leaflets to enable to read up on all the options that were given to me. Always found the staff very helpful and understanding.

Mr.Rai was very caring and listened to my concerns, he explained very well the procedure and what to expect and gave me written information to take away and read, at my follow-up after my procedure he was very professional and caring, also giving me information on what to expect next and what to do when my procedure starts to wear off and explained why i should not have any botox elsewhere in the future for cosmetic reasons(which i would not do in a million years) Mr.Rai put me at ease. All the staff in his clinic are very helpful and caring, a very good experience for an embarrassing problem.
