I qualified from Manchester Medical School in 1989. After orthopaedic training in Edinburgh and Adelaide I took up a consultant post at Lancashire Teaching Hospitals in 2001. I specialise in primary and revision hip and knee surgery as well as being part of the trauma cover at the Major Trauma Centre.
