Mr Kosuge has a lovely manner. Listens to you and answers all questions. Very professional and has looked after me excellently. He is top quality!
Mr Kosuge put me at ease right from the first appointment. He explained everything to me, his manner and professionalism are first class, and the aftercare excellent.
Dennis is a very pleasant person and made me feel at ease at every stage. My recovery has been quick and was walking without crutches within 4 weeks. At 6 weeks I was doing 3 mile walks!
Dr Dennis takes his time to explain and make sure you don't leave with any questions.
He goes above and beyond for his patients.
We definitely need more doctors like dr Dennis how really cares.
In October 2022 Dr Kosuge gave me a new right hip. I was so nervous, never having had an operation before but the whole experience was amazing. I cannot thank him enough. I recovered quickly and was able to resume normal life within a few months. Just over a year on, I visited his Trauma Clinic again this morning and despite arriving late due to traffic, he still took the time to sit and listen. How lucky are we all to have a Doctor like him in the NHS. Thank you again.

Profile
Mr Kosuge developed his passion for Trauma & Orthopaedics as a junior doctor and pursued this by enrolling onto the North-East Thames Percival Pott Orthopaedic Training Programme. His training took him to prestigious centres including The Royal London Hospital, The Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital and Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital. He was inspired by a number of his excellent trainers to focus on the subspecialty of hip and knee joint replacements.
Following completion of specialist training in the United Kingdom, he enrolled onto and successfully completed a one-year fellowship at the Royal Adelaide Hospital in Australia under the auspices of Professor Donald Howie. This fellowship allowed Mr Kosuge to refine his skills in hip and knee joint replacements, as well as revision hip replacements. During his orthopaedic training, he was the recipient of the British Orthopaedic Association (BOA) Zimmer Adult Reconstruction Hips and Knees Fellowship in 2014, the AOTrauma Fellowship in 2013 and the Tohoku University Orthopaedic Visiting Fellowship in 2010 – and utilised his time visiting, learning and exchanging ideas with centres of excellence in Japan.
