David is extremely knowledgeable, when he joined the LAS he settled in straight away and was able to deal with complex and high stress challenges with ease. He always has time to listen and I feel I trust his advice.

Dr Macklin is incredibly experienced and it would be easy for him to adopt an attitude where he was not open to input from others but this is far from the truth. He is adept at ensuring that everyone has a say and is able to make them feel that their input has been of value. He ensures a collaborative approach to decision-making that is novel in my experience
