The one thing I didn’t like was the waiting in a small room before going for my anaesthetic, I feel it would have been better to wait in my room.

He was very friendly and put my daughter at ease. He explained every thing in full detail and allayed all our fears

Mr Hoad-Reddick was kind enough to suggest that I had my MRI before I went to see him to save another appointment. He listens carefully and explains everything very clearly and has a very pleasant manner.

Mr David Adam Hoad-Reddick is an Orthopaedic Surgeon specialising
in hip and knee surgery. He is particularly interested in complex primary
and revision hip replacement surgery,, knee replacement surgery and arthroscopic surgery of the hip and knee.
He was appointed as a Consultant at Wrightington Hospital in 2004. He
currently works The Alexandra Hospital in Cheadle, Manchester and the OrthTeam Centre in Didsbury.
He carries out a wide range of specialist procedures including:

Mr Hoad-Reddick qualified from the University of Manchester in 1994.
He underwent his basic medical training in the Manchester area and subsequently undertook his specialist training in orthopaedic surgery
at the Merseyside Specialist Training Rotation. He later completed
sub-specialist training at the Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston,
USA and at the Wrightington Hospital. He was appointed as the
Cavendish Hip Fellow and Clinical Lecturer in Orthopaedics at Sheffield University and the Northern General Hospital on completion of his training,
prior to the start of his consultant post at Wrightington.
He is involved in the national programme teaching Hip Arthroscopy to
consultants and registrars. Additionally, his clinical data is submitted to
the national audit program.
Mr Hoad-Reddick's clinics take place at The Alexandra Hospital in
Cheadle and the OrthTeam Centre in Didsbury. He has daily clinics including evenings.
