Daniel Cohen is a Consultant Urological Surgeon at Royal Free London NHS Trust. He completed his surgical training in London before undertaking Fellowship training in Laser Prostate and stone surgery. He was awarded a PhD from Imperial College London for his research in healthcare education and health policy. Mr Cohen is one of two UK panel members on the European Association of Urology Bladder Cancer Guidelines Panel and is an advisory panel member for Prostate Cancer UK. Mr Cohen has a broad general urology practice with special interests in benign prostatic disease, including Holmium Laser Surgery (HoLEP), prostate cancer diagnostics using multiparametric MRI and transperineal biopsy, and bladder cancer. He is a core member of the bladder cancer and prostate cancer multi-disciplinary teams at the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust. Mr Cohen maintains an active research interest. He has co-authored over 20 peer-reviewed papers and has presented his research in Europe and the United States.
