Mr Bailey made me feel at ease and advised me the whole way what he was doing. Follow up appointments were very good and informative. I would recommend Mr Bailey to anyone if they needed to see a consultant regarding their shoulder.

What is great about Mr Bailey ? Well he immediately puts you at ease the moment you enter his office, and explains in detail the treatment, doesn't talk down to you, has a very good understanding of human nature, takes the time to listen.

A shoulder impingement may not sound much but to those who suffer with it know the agonising pain it causes and the general detrimental affect it has on a person's life from lack of long term sleep - even strong painkillers do not resolve the issue. Mr Bailey understands this and seeks to provide a better quality of life by rectifying such issues. He also takes into consideration your lifestyle and expectations and can explain what has been found and what was done or not done and the reasoning behind this. Due to the joint disorder that I have I will be having further operations to resolve the lack of movement and pain in other joints and I am comfortable in the knowledge that I will be able to reselect Mr Bailey for some of these procedures. Thank you for a great job so far!

Doesn't mess about trying different things. From initially seeing Mr Bailey after physio did not work to scan and then an operation consisting of arthroscopy of the shoulder for sub acromial decompression and excision of the AC joint took less time than to get a referral from my GP. Levels of pain immediately after the operation were very low and well controlled.

After years of struggling with an Arthritic Knee had a half knee replacement by Mr Bailey . Had the op in January . Quite a painful op but if you do you exercises and keep on top of the pain the results are brilliant ! Walked 9 miles Bournemouth To Sandbanks and back on Mothers Day ! Just over 2 months later ! Pain free . Can't thank you enough you and all your team .Thank You Steve Hurst
