The hospital is staffed with Jekyll and Hyde I’ve been in A&E, surgery and specialist departments. The care has ranged from outstanding in surgery with staff who are caring, professional and are dedicated to providing outstanding care to doctors who just can’t seem to be bothered, doing the bare minimum before pushing you out the door, treated or not!

All staff very helpful and caring even with their stretched resources.

I have had to visit the A and E department with fractures following falls several times over the last few years. This has unavoidably meant waiting on each occasion for several hours before being seen to. I What was most noticeable however was the thoroughness and good humour of the staff who ha d generally already been working for many more hours than I had had to wait.
