I had a knee op at the Nuffield Hospital as an NHS patient. Compared to a previous op in an NHS hospital, this has been a very pleasant experience. The room was very nice. The food was exceptional and made a big difference to cheer me up after the op. All the staff is very friendly and respectful. The nurses are kind and don't feel overstretched like in NHS hospital, giving you the time you need.
Everything about the hospital was first class. The cleanliness of the room, the friendliness of staff, the follow up physio. As an NHS patient I was very pleased at the care I received
The Nuffield Hospital is excellent. All staff were welcoming, friendly and professional. I felt safe and supported at all times, which took the worry and stress of having surgery, and recovering from it, away. Many thanks.
No continuity of nursing staff, mostly agency employed. Food not very appealing and sometimes not eatable, over cooked. The hospitality personnel were very efficient and helpful.
Excellent staff, from receptionist to medical and kitchen/ housekeeping team. Clean environment and I would happily recommend
