Mr Arvin welcomed my sister in law and I, explaining that a student doctor was in attendance also and asking for consent for her to stay. He had prepared himself by reviewing the case file and scans, was thorough and fully explained the operation that he had performed on my sister in law which had been delicate, tricky and a lengthy and complex procedure effectively inserting rods and a series of screws to support her spine, filling these with cement for further support. Mr Arvin was thorough in referring my sister in law for further scans on the day to check that everything was still as it should be. He clearly explained the after-care required and the need to visit the GP for follow-up treatment.

What can I say. Firstly what an exceptional professional. Operated on my daughters back and even though it was a very delicate operation felt totally at ease with Mr Arvin and just new that all would be fine. He explains everything in such detail but ensuring that you fully understand. Secondly, what a wonderful human being he cares for his patients and you can speak to him in a very relaxed manner. My daughter has now fully recovered and this is all down to Mr Arvin. Thank you very Mr Arvin, you truly are an exceptional surgeon and a wonderful person. Keep up your magnificent work.

A very good professional doctor, a gentleman. He cares for his patients with passion, listens well and thoroughly explained my MRI scan results. He gives professsional advice to your specific problem. Very accommodating as he stipulated if my problem reoccurs I admittedly contact my GP and refers me back to Mr Arvin again. I recommend this surgeon.

Mr Arvin is a real gentleman and totally professional at all times. He genuinely appears to care about his patients. Although the system kept me waiting much long than i would have liked, once i did see Mr Arvin i was treated with kindness and respect at all times. Mr B Arvin, a truly fantastic professional dedicated Doctor. I have had problems with my back before and Mr Arvin has always been able to put my mind at ease. He takes great care to explain the procedure that he is going to perform and very clear about the benefits and risks involved, his communication to me personally, was excellent. You can talk to him in a completely relaxed manner. The surgery he performed has made such a fantastic change to me. I must also thank all his support staff for their friendliness to me, i had my op on my birthday, they all sang me happy birthday in the theatre. Mr Babak Arvin and his team are a great asset to the NHS and Queens Hospital.
