Mr B Arvin, a truly fantastic professional dedicated Doctor. I have had problems with my back before and Mr Arvin has always been able to put my mind at ease. He takes great care to explain the procedure that he is going to perform and very clear about the benefits and risks involved, his communication to me personally, was excellent.
You can talk to him in a completely relaxed manner. The surgery he performed has made such a fantastic change to me. I must also thank all his support staff for their friendliness to me, i had my op on my birthday, they all sang me happy birthday in the theatre. Mr Babak Arvin and his team are a great asset to the NHS and Queens Hospital.
