Mr Sengupta explained everything well and drew diagrams where necessary.He listened to what I had to say and answed all my questions.

The doctor gave good explaination of what would need to be done in the future and why I was suffering the symptoms in the first place.
Like all doctors at the moment his list for the day was very long and it is a credit to him that I still had his full attention and best interests.

Mr Sengupta is superb. A very gentle caring person who listened to my questions and answered them in simple terms My consultation was totally unhurried and I came away reassured regarding my condition.

Do you trust this doctor? is a very difficult question. You meet a total stranger (be it a doctor) for the very first time, do you trust them to carry out a minor procedure? Well, yes but you're trusting the system that selected him surely.
I feel I was listened to, but only in the sense of the really short period of time I spent with this doctor. I do feel I would have liked to expanded more on my condition and effects of my current medication.
I would not, not recommend this doctor and I did feel that he communicated well in my circumstances. Overall I think the care was good and as teachers put in your school report 'room for improvement'. But I have not lost my trust.

He has worked at the NHS West Suffolk Hospital for nearly 30 years and runs private clinics by appointments and on Fridays 2-5pm at St Edmunds Hospital of Circle Health Group. Both hospitals are located in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk.
