My condition was rapidly and accurately diagnosed at my first meeting. The reason for the required urgent operation carefully explained with diagrams. I felt I was in good hands immediately. There was even a reassuring phone call at home after the initial process. I recovered quickly from the main operation with no side effects or infections which I was warned could occur. At no time was there any pain. Throughout Mr Sengupta kept me informed in a caring and courteous manner. An excellent result and I feel I was fortunate to be in the care of Mr Sengupta. Thank you.
