Dr Williams greeted me and put me at ease instantly, he listened to my concerns and addressed them professionally and with empathy. Dr Williams is a credit to the plastics department in which I have had many procedures completed under Mr Stanley's care. The Plastics department is one which has exemplary care and even though it is extremely busy the nurses are always pleasant and professional and doctors/registrars and consultants never get desensitised by the constant influx of melanoma. Dr Williams fits in perfectly here and knew exactly what procedure I was having done and where and had also done his homework on my previous medical history. When I am due to swap some more moles for scars I would definately want Dr Williams to be the one who treats me. Many Thanks for the great advice and personal touch.
